THE FLOW (더플로우) is a sole proprietorship registered in Incheon, South Korea, founded in May 2025 and run by its founder. We build software and practical guides for online sellers.
Why we build this
Korea's online retail runs largely through Naver Smart Store and Coupang. A seller on both platforms gets two sets of ad reports and two settlement statements with different fees, coupons, logistics costs and payout timing, and usually reconciles everything in Excel. Larger companies hire an analyst; most small sellers cannot. TOOL&BOOK turns the files sellers already download into dashboards that answer the questions that matter: which ads actually earn money, what the real margin is after every deduction, and how sales are moving today.
What we build
- TOOL&BOOK dashboards. Three dashboards for Naver Smart Store and Coupang sellers: ad performance, settlement and profit, and real-time sales via API. Each runs from the seller's own report files, set up for their store, with a demo on every product page. Sold as a one-time setup, not a subscription.
- Practical ebooks. Guides for sellers and new employees, written from the same hands-on work.
How we build
THE FLOW is an early-stage, founder-led company. Shipping three dashboards, keeping them in step with platform report changes and customizing each one to a seller's store is possible because we build continuously with AI coding agents. Today we develop with Claude Code alongside Codex, and we plan to standardize on Claude.
Next. We are bringing the Claude API into the product itself: calculations stay in code, and Claude explains the results in Korean, from margin changes and unusual ad spend to what to do next, with a hosted edition and weekly reports.
History
- May 2025 — 더플로우 (THE FLOW) registered as a sole proprietorship in Incheon.
- July 2026 — TOOL&BOOK opened at toolnbook.shop with three dashboards.
- August 2026 — First ebook published.
- October 2026 — Promo videos released; Claude API reporting in planning.

THE FLOW(더플로우)는 2025년 5월 대한민국 인천에서 등록한 개인사업자이며, 대표가 직접 운영합니다. 온라인 셀러를 위한 소프트웨어와 실전 가이드를 만듭니다.
왜 만드는가
한국의 온라인 판매는 네이버 스마트스토어와 쿠팡을 중심으로 돌아갑니다. 두 플랫폼에서 모두 파는 셀러는 광고 보고서 두 벌과, 수수료·쿠폰·물류비·정산 시점이 제각각인 정산 내역 두 벌을 받고, 대개 엑셀로 맞춥니다. 규모가 있는 회사는 분석 담당자를 두지만, 대부분의 소규모 셀러는 그럴 수 없습니다. TOOL&BOOK은 셀러가 이미 내려받는 파일을 대시보드로 바꿔 정말 중요한 질문에 답합니다. 어느 광고가 실제로 돈을 버는지, 모든 차감 뒤의 진짜 마진은 얼마인지, 오늘 매출은 어떻게 움직이는지.
만드는 것
- TOOL&BOOK 대시보드. 네이버 스마트스토어·쿠팡 셀러를 위한 대시보드 3종: 광고 성과, 정산·손익, API 실시간 매출. 셀러가 가진 보고서 파일로 실행되며, 스토어에 맞게 세팅해 드리고, 각 상품 페이지에 데모가 있습니다. 구독이 아니라 1회 구축 비용으로 판매합니다.
- 실전 전자책. 같은 실무 경험에서 쓴 셀러·신입사원용 가이드.
만드는 방법
THE FLOW는 초기 단계의 창업자 주도 회사입니다. 대시보드 3종을 출시하고, 플랫폼 보고서 양식 변경에 맞춰 유지하고, 셀러마다 스토어에 맞게 세팅하는 일은 AI 코딩 에이전트로 계속 만들기 때문에 가능합니다. 지금은 Claude Code와 Codex를 함께 쓰고 있으며, Claude로 표준화할 계획입니다.
다음 단계. Claude API를 제품 안으로 가져옵니다. 계산은 코드에 남기고, Claude가 마진 변동과 비정상 광고비부터 다음에 할 일까지 한국어로 설명합니다. 호스팅형 에디션과 주간 보고서가 함께 갑니다.
